Towerview was founded by George Delori and Leszek Nowaczyk. One side brings deep experience across the institutional real estate capital stack. The other brings the AI engineering depth to build systems that hold up under institutional scrutiny. We started Towerview because we believed the industry deserved tools built to the same standard it holds its people.

But somewhere along the way, the work around those decisions became the bottleneck. Teams spend too much time iterating over models, chasing information, and pulling together memos. Deals slow down. Momentum gets lost. The process starts getting in the way of the work itself.
